We have a great collection of mugs from a 90ml espresso cups to a 1,300ml giant mug. We have mugs of different shapes and colours to match your event’s theme. Apart from coffee mugs, we do have soup mugs, cups and saucers, coin boxes, plates and bowls which are made from ceramic. We have also a collection of glasses like single and double walled mugs for coffee and juices and cute little shot glasses

You can choose your favourite mug from our website or catalogue and you can get an immedite quote if you register in our website – https://mymug.com.my/my-account/ or you can WhatsApp your requirements with your design and you will received a quote within 30 minutes. If you are agreeable with our quotation, we will give you a mock-up based on your design and mug.

With your approval of the mock-up we will  produce a pre-production sample for you to check your actual design on the mug within 3 working days. Without any changes to the artwork, the mass production will take 7 working days.

Free delivery within Klang Valley for orders above RM2,000. For outstation customers, we will deliver to your designated transport/ courier partners within Klang Valley.

Orders of less than RM2,000 can collect your goods from our Kepong Office.

We stand by the quality of our products. Should the production items you received differ from your approved pre-production sample, we shall either, replace, repair or refund the affected items.

All our mugs come with batik gift box but if you have special gift boxes, you can send us your gift wrappers or gift boxesand we are able to assist to gift wrap with additional cost.

Payment is 40% deposit before pre-production sampling.

Balance payment has to be paid before delivery.

We accept bank transfers only.

We do have discounts for certain mugs which are good quality but low stock level.

Taking good care of ceramic mugs and plates can help keep them looking great for years to come. Here are some tips:

1. Hand Wash When Possible: While many ceramic items are dishwasher safe, hand washing with mild detergent and warm water can be gentler on the glaze and decorations.
2. Avoid Abrasive Cleaners: Use soft sponges or cloths to clean ceramic items. Avoid using steel wool or other abrasive materials that can scratch the surface.
3. Handle with Care: Ceramic items can chip or crack if dropped or subjected to sudden temperature changes. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of them and handle them gently.
4. Do Not Soak: Avoid soaking ceramic dishes for long periods, as water can sometimes seep into any cracks or imperfections, weakening the item over time.
5. Microwave and Oven Use: Check if your ceramic mugs and plates are microwave or oven safe before use. Sudden temperature changes, like moving directly from the fridge to the oven, can cause thermal shock and cracking.
6. Store Properly: Store plates and mugs separately to avoid scratching. Use plate separators or cloth in between stacked items.
7. Remove Stains with Baking Soda: For stubborn stains, make a paste using baking soda and water, gently scrub, and rinse thoroughly.
